to whom it may concern I am writing to you today to see if you could possibly help out with a photo booth for a charity night I am hosting. I am looking for somebody who would supply us with a booth and instead of giving photos away for free and charge me for the use of the booth they would charge per photo and possibly donate some money to the charity from sales. I know this is a big ask so I totally understand if you feel you cant help out it is a ladies night and I know a lot of women like photos on a night out so I feel you would get a lot of sales if the price was right. the event is on the 5th of september. short notice I know the charity night is in aid of the ectopic pregnancy trust charity number 1071811.the charity helps women who have suffered from or are suffering from an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage it is only a small charity and does not receive any government funding it relies solely on donations. they help women via their online forum helpline and facebook support pages. they provide trained volunteers who provide support through a 1 to 1 mentoring scheme. they are carrying out research into the causes and effects of an ectopic pregnancy and are trying to raise awareness and save lifes as an ectopic pregnancy effects 1 in 80 pregnancies and 5 women die each year from an ectopic pregnancy.thankyou for taking the time to read this email.kind regardsjemma reed
